So we fitted the exhaust manifold without taking a single picture. It's relatively straightforward once you've wire-brushed all the studs!
Then you need to bend it a bit to make the exhaust line up with the support bracket in front of the back wheel (see below).
Once you are up and running, don't forget to break in the catalytic converter. We did something like -- Idle until the engine is up to temperature then 2500RPM for about 2 minutes. That allegedly helps break in the CAT. Worth it, seeing as they're about £250!
Note - check your rev counter is reading correctly first...
