Fitting the fuel tank felt like a nice little milestone. 'Finally, something that makes it go'.

It was nice to assemble the filter and low pressure fuel pump on the tank before it went in - there isn't a lot of room once it's mounted!

On closer inspection, it turned out there are no mounting brackets on the tank to actually fit it to the car. It was at this point we realised we'd be relying on new fangled glue!
