Over the last few years, Matt has had a few of episodes of almost buying a part finished kit car and has come close on a couple of occasions

On one cold dark Staffordshire evening in April 2021, Matt announced he was going to look at a nearby part finished MEV Rocket on Saturday and he was probably going to buy it!

He had always fancied an MEV rocket for its simplicity and rugged appearance, especially the 'hockey mask'

Kathryn has also always fancied the idea of a building a kit car but had always wanted to build a GBS Zero. Kathryn argued that if a kit car was going to be on the cards then it had to be built from scratch and that they would build it together.

Obviously, Kathryn (the boss) won and a GBS factory tour was booked the next morning
